  • Creating a comfortable setting for physical and mental wellness, whether in your house, office, space.

  • Meditation through conscious breathing to connect body and mind via guided breath-work.

  • Creating conditions for grounding, awakening, and refining awareness of what the body needs and what it communicates to the mind. This allows for the calming of the nervous system and to bring a more present state of mind, detaching from anxious thoughts.

  • Physical practice centers on building holistic body strength by stretching, steady compression and decompression of certain muscle groups. Emphasis on balance, strength, and flexibility, optimal anatomical alignment.

  • Flow-like transitions from pose to pose, linking breath to movement.

  • Enhancing blood circulation to nourish tissue which contributes to feeling energized and revitalized.

  • During practice, hands-on adjustments will be incorporated to aim for optimal body alignment.

  • In order to deepen practice and give more of a body awareness, gentle relaxation massage will be offered at certain poses.

  • Sessions will start with an integrating meditation to connect the breath, letting go of all external world distractions. Transitioning from a pose to pose will focus on stretching and building an internal body heat along with guided inhales and exhales.

  • Sessions end with a final meditation pose, Savasana, to ground and bring a sense of a blissful closure.  

  • Sessions are designed for all levels, whether new to Yoga or an experienced practitioner.

  • Individual practice can be customized. Posture modifications will be introduced to meet needs with respect to certain conditions or body restrictions.
